NA-37  Environmental Sound Monitor

The NA-37 system can be used for groundborne noise monitoring or aircraft noise monitoring. It allows the determination and identification and discrimination among different noise sources and aircraft types. For example, the aircraft unit can detect, identify, and tract aircraft using acoustics and information form the aircraft transponder.

Environmental noise version excludes aircraft noise, and noise from areas outside monitoring angle.

The NA-18 used to evaluate sounds that are not audible to most humans. Some people can hear infrasound and those that don't can perceive vibrations produced in walls and windows. Manual or automatic storage, G-weighting network per ISO 7196, frequency range of 1-1000 Hz.
